I am currently in week 5 (out of 15) of my student teaching. Busy doesn't begin to describe my life, but somehow we are pulling it all together. For the record, I have the most supportive husband. He's been watching Halle during the day. When I get home, he leaves for work. He is playing mom very well, almost better than me! Posts may be few in the coming months. But just know that we are still alive and every bit of me would rather be agonizing over what pictures to post to my blog rather than planning a lesson on adjectives.
Halle is getting around very well these days. The sound of her little hands smacking the wood floor as she crawls away to protect whatever it is that she's not suppose to have--it's just priceless. She has been pulling herself up to stand for quite a while. Here is a shot of her when she was just learning what it was all about. It's tough work to balance that kind of weight on that small of a frame. She is just beginning to let go and stand in place without assistance. Bitter sweet! They change so fast that in a year or two, heck even a month or two, I will have to access my collection of bottled moments (I wish such a thing existed) so I can relive and remember just
how she was. Guess that's what camcorders are for?
